Blueline Design

Philosophy

History Stands with Anonymity

Our Practice is rooted in the belief that Art & Architecture live in the built environment. It is the long term use and adaptive reuse of buildings that lend an authentic voice towards a better future.
Service

Community is Our Client

Our Services are designed to support and advance the businesses and organizations that collectively define and progress our local economies forward.
Commitment

Design by Experience

For over 25 years, Blueline Design has been serving the Tri-State Area with a focus on the adaptive reuse and repair of existing residential and commercial properties. Our work combines artistic talent with the technical expertise required to design and permit construction projects, in challenging regulatory environments. Our work has involved lifting and moving of buildings for structural repairs, the adaptive reuse of historic structures, Changes of Use, Repair After Fire, and Greenhouse Design.
